The fabrication and characterization of ZnO/NiCO2O4 nanowires synthesized by a hydrothermal method

چکیده
The main functional part of the supercapacitors and nanogenerators made up various types nanostructured materials. contemporary devices have been manufactured employing different kinds nanomaterials based on nanoflake nanowire structures. These hierarchical materials show high efficiency engineering electrodes for as well piezoelectric nanogenerators. Here, we successfully synthesized NiCo2O4 nanowires ZnO nanoflakes by applying two-step hydrothermal method which is absent similar analogous to date. microscopic analysis has shown uniform growth nanoflakes. This fabricated material might be used in above mentioned purposes future.
